- 2 cups of lotus root
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
In a bowl combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey,chili paste, minced garlic, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Then mix well theseuntil the ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the lotusroot slices. Stir-fry for approximately 5 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Reduce the heat and pour the sauce mixture over the lotus root. Stir gently to coat the slowly evenly.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the lotus root slices.
