Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a cake pan with butter. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Now mix butter, egg, and sugar in a bowl.
  • On low heat greased round pan slowly add butter, then add cream and mix.
  • Add orange juice and flour mixture and mix just until combined. Now bake for 25-39 minutes until cooked.
  • Remove the pan and cool for 25 minutes. Now mix Oregon juice, sugar, and rum in a bowl and pour it on the cake and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  • Your hangover cake is ready you can enjoy it now.
