Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp of baking soda

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ tsp of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the sugar, baking soda, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a another bowl, mix the melted butter, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and egg until these well combined.
  • Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Lumps are okay.
  • Now you heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • You pour ¼ cup of unsalted butter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface. Then you flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Repeat until all batter is used.
