Ingredients
  

  • Fresh oranges - 4
  • Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the juice from the oranges and collect 1cup of fresh orange juice.
  • First in a medium saucepan you combine the honey, orange juice, orange zest, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger. Then bring the mixture to a light boil over medium heat.
  • In a separate bowl dissolve the cornstarch in twotablespoons of water. Then these slowly add it to the saucepan.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for five minutes toallow the flavors to meld together. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now these remove from heat and let the sauce coolbefore using or storing it in an airtight container.
