Ingredients
  

  • Mutton 1 kg Cut into medium-sized
  • 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander-cumin powder 1
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam masala
  • 2 Chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mustard oil
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 1 Cup Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • To make a delicious mutton handi recipe first cut into medium size mutton. And in a medium bowl marinate this mutton for 1 hour.
  • In a clay, handi heats the mustard oil and adds the onion chopped. Fry the onion until golden Now add the garlic paste and ginger paste and fry the 2 minutes until brown this garlic and ginger.
  • Now add the mutton cut into medium size and fry at high temperature for 10-12 minutes and wait for changes color until it browns. Now add the 2 chopped tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes until the tomato is soft.
  • Add the salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, gram marsala, and coriander-cumin powder mixed. Add the chopped green chilies and yogurt mix well and add the water well to cover the mutton handi. Now, wait for 20-25 minutes till the mutton is soft.
  • Your delicious mutton dish is ready. Now fresh coriander is sprinkled on top and served.
