  • Coconut water (1/2 cups) 
  • Chopped kale (1/2 cup)  
  • Avocado (1/2 ) pitted
  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup 
  • Mango 1 cup 
  • Chia seeds (1 tablespoon)
  • Cucumber (1/2) peeled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: First of all you gather ingredients, and wash these thoroughly. Now  blend cucumber, spinach, kale, mango, avocado,  chia seeds, and pineapple until these are properly smooth. And add the coconut water gradually to consistency.
