Ingredients
  

  • Enoki Mushrooms, 2 Packs.

Sauce Ingredients

  • Gochujang Chili Paste: 1 Tablespoon. 
  • Gochugaru Chili Paste: 1 Tablespoon. 
  • Granulated Sugar: 1/2 Tablespoon. 
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Soy Sauce: 1/2 Tablespoon. 
  • Sesame Oil: 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 Tablespoon To taste
  • Green onions.
  • Water 2 Cups.

For Garnish Ingredients

  • Sesame Seeds.
  • Garlic Past 1 Tablespoon.
  • Chopped Green Chili.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Clean the enoki and trim off the roots. Make small bundles separately.
  • Step 2: In a pan, add the sesame oil and heat in a medium. Then add the garlic paste, chopped green chili, and green onion.
  • Step 3: Now add the soy sauce, gochujang, gochugaru, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste, and then mix them well.
  • Step 4: Add the enoki mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes, until they are soft. Next, pour the sauce over the mushroom and stir well until the mushroom is cooked completely. and until the sauce has thickened.
  • Step 5: Now your recipe is ready to be served with sliced green onions. Enjoy your delicious recipe with your family and friends.
