Sauce Ingredients
- Gochujang Chili Paste: 1 Tablespoon.
- Gochugaru Chili Paste: 1 Tablespoon.
- Granulated Sugar: 1/2 Tablespoon.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Soy Sauce: 1/2 Tablespoon.
- Sesame Oil: 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar 1 Tablespoon To taste
- Green onions.
- Water 2 Cups.
For Garnish Ingredients
- Sesame Seeds.
- Garlic Past 1 Tablespoon.
- Chopped Green Chili.
Step 1: Clean the enoki and trim off the roots. Make small bundles separately.
Step 2: In a pan, add the sesame oil and heat in a medium. Then add the garlic paste, chopped green chili, and green onion.
