- 2 pounds of chicken thighs

- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup green olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup dried apricots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a pan over the medium heat. Now add the chopped onion and sauté until, and minced garlic they turn golden.
