This is one of my best Korean noodle recipes. I simply love this recipe for its fresh taste. Japchae recipe shirataki is a popular Korean dish that is made with stir-fried fresh vegetables, marinated meat, usually beef, and shitrataki noodles. Shitrataki noodles are made from konjac yam and have a very low calorie and carb count, which is a great alternative for those on their carb intake. This shirataki noodle fry is a very simple and tasty recipe. You can follow all my ingredients and instructions very easily, making this traditional delicious Korean japchae recipe at home.

Ingredients For Japchae recipe shirataki

⦁ 2 packs of shirataki noodles
⦁ 50g beef sliced into thin strips
⦁ 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
⦁ 3 garlic cloves, minced
⦁ 1 carrot, julienned to diced
⦁ 2 tablespoon soy sauce
⦁ 1 cup blanched and chopped spinach
⦁ 1 tablespoon sugar
⦁ 1 tablespoon sesame oil
⦁ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
⦁ Sesame seeds for garnish
⦁ Water to diced

How To Make Japchae Recipe Shirataki

Step 1: First rinse the shirtaki noodles thoroughly in water. Now boiling on low heat for 4-5 minutes, the noodles and drain again.


Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the soy sauces, sesame oil, sugar and beef marinate.


Step 3: Now heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes.


Step 4: Add the beef and fry it up about 2 minutes, then add the carrot, and salt and pepper to taste and fry for about 2 minutes.


Srep5: Add the vegetables and shirataki noodles and fry them up for about 3-4 minutes. Now your japchae recipe is ready to serve. Add the soy sauce and garnished with sesame seeds and serve.
