  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Now in the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil, and stir fry the chicken until it is no longer pink.
  • Next you stir fry the beef until it’s browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add the minced garlic, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Stir fry for three or four minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Return the shrimp, chicken, and beef to the wok, and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until the well-coated and heated through.
